Our Foyle Gourmet range is produced from prime steers and heifers. We offer a complete range of boneless and bone in products as well as offals. These are packed in branded Foyle Gourmet bags and boxes. Each product is produced to a prescribed specification and delivers the high level of consistency that our customers demand.
