Every animal can be traced back to the farm in Ireland where it was reared. We source all our livestock from Farm Quality Assured farms, ensuring every piece of Gourmet beef has come from animals that have enjoyed a healthy environment and benefited from good farming practices and nutrition.



Our Quality Assurance also extends to our processes and systems. To guarantee consistently high quality produce, we employ a comprehensive range of checks, tests and controls. We have also been awarded EU and regional independent accreditations that not only provide consumer confidence but observe best practice all the way from paddock to plate.
